Codex flagged inconsistency: afternoon-cascade section stated "11 memory
files" but listed 10 bullet entries (lines 30-39). Fixed both references:
Line 26: "11 memory files" → "10 memory files (9 new authored today
+ 1 parent whole-system file extended)"
Line 49: "11 memory files" → "10 memory files"
The 9 new files + the extended whole-system parent = 10 substrate
surfaces in the cascade. Future-Otto cold-boot completeness-check now
matches.
