heads request and koplushead

Describe the bug
both /heads request and /koplushead is currently not functioning as it should

How did this occur
I did my usual thing when I need a specific head, I log onto my alt and do the /heads request command and usually get it, but this time I got a bunch of duds as seen in the screenshots section. I also tried to koplushead plugin just because I spent a bit of mina on 7 failed heads, but that appeared to be broken as well with it being unable to detect me executing the alt. (and yes, I did do the right command and checked for spelling)

Expected behavior
I expected to have a neat little minecraft head that I had on my alt, but it did not happen.
