UI fixes for mobile - Closes #881

What was the problem?

• Pagination: does not fit the screen properly
• Breadcrumbs: eliminate wrapping on small screens
• Landing: Remove padding for the transaction table
• Landing: Too little spacing between last block and recent blocks
• Block: Block ID cells should be merged
• Network monitor: Tabs are not aligned properly - two-line view and a lot of wasted space

How did I fix it?

• Added pagination only for mobile 320px view
• Modify tabs at Network Monitor for mobile views by hiding unnecessary texts
• Modify padding of txs lists at landing for mobile
• Add pagination for mobile-xs view at Blocks pages
• Modify spacing of block table for mobile
• Modify letter-spacing of breadcrumb for mobile-xs
