  • 이슈 목록이 없는 배경에는 #EEEEEF 색상이 들어가야 한다.
  • 하지만 Table View 배경으로 전체 색을 주다 보면 스크롤 시 불편한 상황이 발생한다.
  • 이슈 목록 아래(?) 화면만 배경색을 줄 방법을 찾아야함
