Currently the profiling library for AngularJS watchers and listeners is located directly in LaxarJS core. Since this is totally AngularJS specific, this should be moved to the AngularJS widget adapter.
See LaxarJS/laxar-angular-adapter#2 for the accompanying widget adapter issue.

Implemented on master (v2.0.0).

Breaking Change

Since the AngularJS profiling library was moved to the angular adapter, it won't be available anymore without that adapter.
