Interim maintainance releases for previous version until development version is ready

I suggest that the Lawnchair team should cherry-pick translation and bug fixes to make interim releases for the older version 14-beta until the next version 15-beta is ready.

This will reduce the waiting time for bug fixes and translation to be released by not waiting for the major version to be released.

This idea is straightforward but the downside is obvious as this might put more work on the team and reduce the time spent on developing Lawnchair 15 - perhaps the community or trusted outside contributor can maintain the previous version until the next one is ready for release.

This may also introduce weird management issues with Lawnchair 15 Beta 1 Interim 1 on the beta branch, as we will need to merge from the dev branch and resolve the conflicts that arise from a detached state. So a different branch strategy like release flow may be necessary or just nuke the branch with force-push.

It looks like Lawnchair 14 Beta 3.1 would be called Lawnchair 14 Beta 4 instead because we need to update the version scheme of Lawnchair to include the patch component for the Lawnchair-specific version, other than that, should be easy to do:tm: I hope:tm:
