Steps to reproduce

Spawn any NM, watch it stand still in its spawn location

Expected behavior

NM will roam around when unclaimed like any other mob

Tested this on several NMs, although now that I've sat in front of Fafnir for 5 minutes he's finally moved. May be something with a delay after spawning it, I jumped the gun on opening this issue.

Do you have the navmeshes in place?
Mobs will roam way less of not, for whatever reason
