First last name

I read in your blog post that you are adding a first and last name field.

That;s an interesting idea but it has problems for many cultures which have more complex naming. For example that two part name convention is not used in many cultures or has common exceptions or you would not expect to sort them by one of those fields

Examples

1. One part only eg Bjork
2. An extra part eg Ruud van Nistelrooyhere the van is known as a Tussenvoegsel it is neither the first name or the last name and when sorting you would sort by N as he is Dutch but if we was Belgian then you would sort by the V
