[suggestion]: disable page scrolling

Hi. I'm not sure whether this is possible or not, but it would be good if there was a module that could remove the footer from the page so that the page doesn't need to scroll all wth way to the bottom.
As I say i have no idea whether this is possible but I think it would be a good addition if it was.

I'm not sure wether we're allowed to remove the footer as it contains important information such as imprint and ToS. I would like to ask game devs in that point. But we could definitely think of a module that moves the content from footer to the navbar or similar.

That would be good as well.
I know that if you are set to use the full-screen map "Window Design" it removes the footer (thus stops the scrolling) and puts all the links into a new menu. so if a module could do that in "normal" mode that would just as good as simply removing the footer
