adding another feature

i have been looking everywhere to make an android virtual device similar to Bluestacks but with the Samsung features (galaxy store and cloud) that would run smoothly on windows without being too resources consuming like Bluestacks or android studio (slow and it seems incompatible with windows 11 or my pc) never got it to start an AVD (with or without Samsung features) even with Hyper-V disabled and everything the ppl recommend everywhere ... nothing works so i am turning to WSL and UBUNTU with GAPPS to give it a try and see if i can eventually manage to get the APKs of the Samsung apps but navigating the APK websites none of those seems to work normally (different languages (mostly Chinese ) or just wont open)

if anyone knows how i can work something without too much difficulty to have an AVD with Gapps and full functionalities and Samsung apps (literally tricking it into thinking its a Samsung device) so i can use it and import apps and data to keep and use on my pc ...
