Simulated reads have all possibilities of having polyT, polyA, or none of them.

Hi, I'm using this simulation pipeline to prepare ONT simulation data. I used commands as shown in the picture.

The results will output both reads with poly T or poly A, as well as reads without any of poly tails. I wonder what are those bp ahead of poly T representing? Why some of the reads will have polyA/T, some will not?

The above pictures show some examples of simulated aligned reads.
