multi user recording options

Enhancement Summary

would be nice to have an option for an ftp file or ssl encrypted session for multiple users to review / share and push new changes to eachother. with a few options like synchronized previewing at certain times and change notify markers.

Justification

plugin system is mature enough to handle this with ease likely.
