Readmes are missing and can be out of date. Usual information is often already present in the metadata and recordings

Describe the solution you'd like
Have a pipeline that generates a README containing the usual information about the dataset (nb of children, ages, number of recordings, annotation sets, reliability of annotators), but also includes some human written information for additional information
