Additional Information

I don't think it is a problem we should talk here......

After I unlocked the XcodeLLM region limit of my Mainland China model MacBook Pro M1 2020, I could use Siri powered by Apple Intelligence on this device. Then, I downloaded Xcode 16 Beta and tried to download the Predictive Code Completion. The option of PCC was on, but it couldn't download successfully and stuck on "Failed - There was an error processing the asset."

Here's the debug detail.

I tried to find some solutions on the Apple Developer Forum. Some of developers feedback the same problem; However, they were running Xcode 16 Beta on Virtual Machines, and I'm running it on a physical machine.

Related issue #4.

Then I shutdown and enabled SIP and downloaded again. This time it worked.

Could you give this method a try?

Should I disable and re-enable it?

I have never encountered such issue. Do you any insights or workaround on this issue? cc @owenzhao

I suggest running the Xcode script again after installing Xcode. I have never use the script before install Xcode. So maybe that was the issue.
