It is recommended to add a button in the drop-down menu so that the client can be opened in any interface without returning to the desktop to select. I hope the author will consider it. Thank you

Recommended by who?
A tile is useful to manage a state always accessible, here I don't understand what's the point and the real usage.
If it's to retrieve an open database, simply click on the notification.

@J-Jamet, I think it's just a bad translation. I believe they mean "(I) recommend". In Chinese, one can simply say "Recommend add button", but that's ungrammatical in English, so they translated it as "It is recommended".

And I think they just want a tile to quickly open KeePassDX (even when the database isn't open).

Okay, I understand. However there's no real need, if it's just adding an application shortcut, tiles are not meant for that. Just put the icon on the desktop and get the user to change their launch habits.
At worst, add another application that lets put any shortcut directly in the tiles.
