I was using my headphones and this app while practicing to better hear, and I noticed that my phone beats smoothly(on the screen) and my headphones sound smooth, but they aren't quite in sync. I think it would be nice if you could add a slider allowing for a positive or negative delay in the sound, from say, sound 100 ms early to 100 ms late to accommodate headphones and speakers.

Seems like a valid use case. But there is no more place for another slider on the main layout. So this feature must be implemented somewhere else and gets a little more complex.

I meant in the settings area, maybe under an 'advanced options' area.
