Bug: Can't use Playlists without Libraries YML files.

As it stands, users cannot use playlists without at least having one metadata_path .yml for each of the libraries that the Playlist wants to use.

In the below example, the playlist will fail because there are no connections to the Movies or TV Shows libraries.

The end result is that users cannot create Playlists independently.
