Remove the temporarily-named file after it has been synchronously processed. This is safe to do because do_submit gives the input file a more appropriate name, so there's no need to keep the old copy around afterwards.
Only report coverage from files in the source or binary dirs. This commit also removes from trailing whitespace from our AJAX coverage endpoint.
When the same GcovTar file is uploaded multiple times, its data is now associated with both the old & the new builds.
The way we were computing this figure was wrong.
