Due to the previous bug with saving the profile you were editing + an already existing edge condition (when selecting a profile, hitting the activate button, and then hitting the + button to create a new profile) it is possible for the current state to be invalid and contain double profile id's. This introduces a migration for people with a broken state and a fix that prevents double id's in the future.
