在去HMS上申请api的时候 ，CyberApplication使用的是那个API呢？

@Xiaohufight 我把up的项目运行起来了，主要是卡在hms权限，不仅仅要建项目，还得在“管理中心”“我的API”给你的项目申请“机器学习服务”

请问电脑端的怎么运行，up的bat是空，out.py好像也不全
