This program uses Twilio to send you text message alerts whenever your state or keyword are utilized in an NWS SPC Outlook.
The program is currently set to review the SPC Outlooks every 12 hours. However, this variable can be changed as needed.
The below variables must be updated prior to running the program:
- "YOUR_ACCOUNT_SID" - Line 7
- Your Account SID can be found here at the bottom of the page after logging into your Twilio account.
- "YOUR_AUTH_TOKEN" - Line 8
- Your Auth Token can be found here at the bottom of the page after logging into your Twilio account.
- ""YOUR_PHONE_NUMBER" - Line 11
- This is the phone number you want the alerts sent to.
- "YOUR_STATE_OR_KEYWORD" - Lines 24, 27, and 30.
- The state or keyword is what the program uses to search the SPC outlook for.
