Re-ordering a title in a reading list while scrolling fails to work

What happened?

In a reading list, I am trying to move an item several screens upwards. Whether I'm dragging to the edge to scroll or using the mousewheel, the item I'm moving sticks to its place lower down and moving it fails.

What did you expect?

For a better user experience, drag and drop shouldn't be impaired by scrolling (I see the list is virtualized, so that makes it more complex, but still, the user shouldn't have to worry about that). Dragging an item to reorder it should work, no matter where I'm dragging it to in the list.
