[Kavita] Toggle to include "Ended" in clear want to read task

Idea Description

I read primarily western comics, not a lot of series get metadata saved with the Count filled out via automated tools. This is likely to be true for a large portion of western comic readers.

As it stands, without a count a series will shows as "Ended" rather than "Completed" and will not be removed once fully read from the Want To Read list during the nightly task.

My proposal would be an admin toggle to include Ended in the clearing. It does seem like for those whose libraries are tagged with count data the current implementation is a great default, but with over 13k series to check in my case and the "Ended" for a lot of us being quite synonymous with the Completed tag I would much prefer when I finish reading a series that's shown as Complete or Ended I'd expect to have it no longer be on my to-read list.

I do think admins will know which behavior they'd prefer, and I hope it wouldn't generate too much developmental lift to include an optional status in the task.
