"Kamae" is applied inconsistently to "kunigamae" elements and others #263

kanji/056e3.svg contains position="kamae" on both parts of the 囗.
kanji/05712.svg contains this only on the bottom part of the 囗.
None of the other kanji with this outer element have either part marked with a position.

There is also a similar problem with 匚 and 广 and 气, and one case of 行, 衡, where some are marked as "kamae" and some are not.
