Sometimes after new map round start (after map change) BOT would not rename to number and change to spectator
And the BOT would try to knife the player that group differ from the BOT, when players try to rock the vote, the BOT would be counted in the number to start the rtv

Can you see any errors in addons/sourcemod/logs/errors_* related to replays, or any that would happen when the bots fail to work? Are you otherwise running default configs, and no other plugins than GOKZ?

The maxplayers thing can be fixed by fiddling with host_players_show and host_info_show, its a feature of srcds.
