I have downloaded some songs and added them to different playlists, but when i am not connected to internet the playlists does not show up even when all songs they contain are downloaded.

Suggested solution

Make playlists accessible without internet connection.

How are you even adding downloaded songs to different playlist? Spotube currently has no feature like this
Whatever songs you're adding to your personal playlist these are the online tracks not the local tracks
Spotube downloaded tracks & Spotify saved for offline is different btw

Sorry, clicked on close by mistake.
It's not that I am adding downloaded songs to playlists. When I search for a song and click on three dots Infront of it we have option to add to playlist and Download Track I added the songs to my playlist and downloaded them as well, but the playlists are only accessible when internet is connected. I was just wondering if downloaded songs could be added to offline playlists as well like we do in some offline music players.

The playlists are Spotify playlists which can't contain any downloaded track

No that is a bit different, thats is about playing song from local storage if it is already downloaded otherwise get it from server.
What i am saying is to have offline playlists other than spotify ones. Because you will not be able to even see which playlists are available without internet if it is a spotify playlist.
Inshort a playlist that is accessible without internet and can only contain songs which are on local storage

I think this means that the app will auto create an offline playlist identical to Spotify playlist.

As well as adding any more songs you added and downloaded to both Spotify and offline playlists.

Which is a lot of work I understand from the perspective of the creator. It would be quite nice to have as well though.

Although not exactly playlists, but now Spotube supports library folders. That means you can organize your tracks in different folders which acts as local playlist/library
It was implemented in #1242
