Scrollbar clickable area is really small

Current Behavior

When trying to scroll up or down by clicking on the scrollbar the scrollbar clickable are is really small and instead of scrolling the window resizes.

Expected Behavior

I would expect the scrollbar to be clickable anywhere, without the window trying to resize.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the app
2. Go to a view that has a scrollbar
3. Try to scroll using mouse pointer on the scrollbar
