[Android] Pause sometimes does not work.

Current Behavior

While playing, sometimes (can't reproduce reliably), tapping pause in the persistent notification from the notification drawer or tapping the pixel buds (pause gesture) does not pause the playing song.

Also sporadically, I've been unable to pause from the app main UI (bottom "banner"). Had to close the app from the Android apps overview (swipe up) to stop playing.

Expected Behavior

Pause should work from all gestures:

• Notification pause/play button
• Headset pause gesture
• App UI

Steps to reproduce

1. Start playing a playlist
2. Skip a song or two
3. Attempt to pause the playing song

Android 13

Additional information

Actual installation source is Play Store, not available in dropdown.

Phone is a Pixel 7. OS is latest OEM update (July update), Play Services is also latest (June).
