[Bug] Music not downloading to sdcard

Current Behavior

Whenever I set the download path to something on my SD card, e.x. /storage/sdcard/music it wont show up in the local, or on my sdcard, and the downloads list sometimes gets stuck on some random number.

Expected Behavior

For the music to download onto my sdcard and be visible in the local tab.

Steps To Reproduce

Set the download path to something on an sdcard.
Download any music.
Check local and sdcard through file explorer.

On Android, apps have to fetch a seperate permission from the user in order to access an external SD Card. The standard storage permission isn't enough.

Yes, I just tested it.
However I heard that more recent android versions handle this situation themselves (they show a "grant permission" dialog when a path on the SD card is chosen), meaning this bug doesn't deserve that much priority. The Android version of OP is 9, mine is 8.
