Blacklisted song plays??

Current Behavior

A blacklisted song (very specifically rick astley/never gonna give you up) played after 99 Luftballons for me.

Expected Behavior

Blacklisted songs don't play?

Steps to reproduce

Searched up "The Look" by Roxette
chose to play
Drove around a bit, then switched to earbuds in the evening
Automatically generated playlist kept me going
Blacklisted song played
Continues on as normal after

Logs

Relevant logs not available - app shows from 6 to 4 hours back, nothing for current. Maybe not an issue it noticed?
