Is there an existing issue for this?

  • I have searched the existing issues

Pain

I am unable to install this program for a single user using winget or the standalone installer. Played around with the winget manifest but it still forces itself to install machine wide and in program files

Suggested solution

Create a new installer that installs with user scope instead of machine scope

Why to bother and not use binary setup?

by standalone installer i meant the binary. I still can't install to a single user
