It is maintained, but not very actively. Good PRs are always welcome. I have migrated to linux since this tool cannot fix the situation with untrustworthy updates of untrustworthy corporation. Also I don't think we have much kbs to add into the list. The kbs in new lists have pretty innocent names and descriptions and there were no proofs that they have telemetry. I'm not going to research it: nobody needs it, a one either trusts MS and accepts telemetry or doesn't trust it and doesn't use their backdoored OS at all.
