Remove IRC from Live page #495

Feature Description

Now that the IRC is no longer the official live chat, I think it doesn't make sense to have it linked at https://www.jupiterbroadcasting.com/live/.

Instead, we could use:

A button that opens Element in a new tab
A button that redirects to https://jupiterbroadcasting.com/matrix or
An embedded matrix client from integrate matrix chat into live website (read-only?) #293.

I would prefer an embedded client, but a short-term solution could be a link to the matrix page, similar to what Chris reads out on air.

What do you think is the best option?
