No Menu key, no mouse key
If you are unable to see the Menu key or Mouse key you may be running in 'Conversation Only' mode (see 'Conversation only mode' for more). To return from 'Conversation Only' mode;

With Optikey focussed press ALT + M to open the Management Console.

Select the 'Visuals' tab at the top.

Un-tick the checkbox labelled 'Conversation only mode'.

Click the OK button at the bottom.
