astro-tabs numbering is messed up in MDX

I tried using astro-tabs within MDX but couldn't get it to work property.
There seems to be an offset with tabs vs panels: https://stackblitz.com/edit/github-tp8cb8?file=src/pages/index.mdx

Thanks for your input, and the repro!

In fact, MDX is semi-broken, it adds an unnecessary empty panel.
Also, unrelated but there is a "false" class which is not supposed to be here (easy fix).

I keep this open as a reminder, until I get to integrate this component in a new project setup.
