CompatHelper keeps creating new branches for the same change

I noticed that CompatHelper has created one new branch per hour since the GeoJSON release, so now there are over 1000 branches. And I don't see a CompatHelper PR.

I assume this is because of an old CompatHelper.yml, using Julia 1.2, which I updated in MakieOrg/GeoMakie.jl@151ce57.

Looks like Makie.jl also had a similar issue in the past: MakieOrg/Makie.jl#2619
