Pedro,
I'm not very familiar with having the instances in the releases and not directly in the repo's code.
Can you add some indications on retrieving the instances in the README?

For the release/artifact system to work we have to make QUBOInstancesData.jl public first.
Also, I'm still consolidating this package's API but yes, I will set up docs and stuff soon :).
