How to delete Cloudtopolis Database or Create clients

I've accidentally deleted the client which is on the Create Voucher Page and I don't know how to recreate the client and there's no client creation support available in github. So I tried to recreate the client myself but eventually failed so why not delete the Cloudtopolis database from the cloudshell in Google?? Will it recreate the client's?? if so please help me in deleting the Cloudtopolis database folder from Google cloudshell or please help me create client's which will be available on create voucher page. Thank you 😊
