Evaluators tab Features:

Must show overall rating of the candidate.
Must let the evaluator(s) rate the candidate.
Can show other evaluators' evaluation of the candidate.
Must let the evaluator(s) write feedback on an open field.
Unsubmitted evaluation must be saved to be completed at a later time.
