Yet, JMLR is bafflingly not listed in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). Why?
Please rectify this situation by applying to be included in DOAJ - the application costs nothing, only time in filling out the form: https://doaj.org/account/login?redirected=apply (unfortunately I cannot do it for you, someone associated with the journal has to do it)
