Host microphone is active at start even when the button isn't being held

What version of melonDS DS are you using?

Does the problem happen in standalone melonDS?

No, it's a bug specific to melonDS DS.

What happened?

When the microphone mode is set to Microphone and the mic button mode is set to Hold, the mic can be active at the start of the session even if the button is not being held.

What should've happened instead?

The mic should not be active unless the button is held.
