Evidently, the "Retrieve Click Track Settings" endpoint has changed. Instead of returning a single Boolean value to indicate if click tracking is enabled, it now return two Boolean values to indicate if click tracking is enable in HTML content and text content.

Similarly, the "Update Click Track Settings" endpoint has changed to allow modifying these two settings.
