Server not displayed on ARK Ascended List

Hi there,
We are currently experiencing the problem that the server is not displayed in the server list of ARK Ascended. Do you have any advice on what we can do?

@Sajaka88 try ticking the new filtering to show player servers in unofficial servers for non nitrado servers then refresh and if that doesn't work maybe try to tick PC-Only Online Multiplayer instead then refresh.

@LadyDark4652 I am having the same issue.
I have added ports 7777, 27015 and for rcon 28015 to my router (same ones I used for my previous server).
My Firewall is also disabled.

Any ideas please?

Have you looked at the Networking Ip Address and made sure you have selected your IP not the default 0.0.0.0.
Also make sure you select in game unofficial server as well.
