Will this make git-slackin reply with an "ok" as currently implemented or will it remove the message in it's entirety?

If possible I'd like to have it remove it entirely (which we should be able to do last I looked)

A tangentially related idea would be to make use of the new (beta) Home tab with a list of all current PRs open/requested: https://api.slack.com/surfaces/tabs

EDIT: Added a new issue #76 about this tangentially related feature
