Checked with the latest development build (copy version output from About dialog)

• I made a backup of my libraries before testing the latest development version.
• I have tested the latest development version and the problem persists

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

1. Open a library
2. Click Help > Open welcome tab
3. The welcome tab opens and the library closes completely (leaving no second tab for returning to the library).
4. Click the recently opened library in the welcome tab
5. Welcome tab is now closed (gone) and the library is open.

Opening the welcome tab should not close the library, and opening a library should not close the welcome tab.
