Remote video media type not showing up when adding media from node #1868

I build a fresh Playbook yesterday and am seeing some inconsistent behaviour. When I visit /admin/content, click on the "Media" tab, and then the "Add media" button, I see "Remote video" in the list of media types:

But when I want to add media via a node, e.g. /node/3/media, then click on the "Add media" button, "Remote video" is not in the list of media types:

Shouldn't these two lists of media types be the same?

lol, this is a duplicate of #1552, which I opened. 🤷 Closing.
