Add a rel=alternative type=mimetype link header to Node and media GET responses for each enabled format's REST endpoint. E.g. for node/1, rel=alternate type=application/ld+json for http://localhost:8000/node/1?_format=jsonld and rel=alternate type=application/xml for http://localhost:8000/node/1?_format=xml
