Select any shader pack, even a completely empty one (though I found the issue was easier to reproduce with a larger pack)
Enter a world and start repeatedly reloading shaders
The amount of time it takes for the issue to occur varies greatly. Sometimes it takes only a couple shader reloads, sometimes almost a minute of holding the reload button down
Memory usage suddenly starts quickly increasing while the F3 "Mem:" counter stays within normal range. Continuing to reload shaders becomes very slow until an error appears or the game randomly freezes and/or crashes
The issue still occurs with just Iris, Sodium and Nsight-loader, even on Minecraft 1.21.1 (latest compatible Sodium and Nsight-loader, Iris 1.8-beta.4)
In one instance, which the second attached log belongs to, I was able to get an error message to appear without the game crashing
