In the interest of backwards compatibility, we make the default VRF implementation that of version 03 of the IETF spec. Also, as noted in #3 , the header file for the default implementation was not exposing the correct function.
The changes in the tests are only to account to the fact that the default version is different. The values of the test-vectors themselves have not changed.
