Handle "nested" operation names

With the latest version of qlik-repo-api reload task is changed and all trigger related methods are in sub property. For example: reloadTask.triggers.addSchema, reloadTask.triggers.addComposite, reloadTask.triggers.removeAll.

atm Automatiqal cant handle these operations

Is this needed actually? There is a chance that using these methods might be a bit confusing.

The same functionality (for triggers) can be achieved through the "default" trigger specific endpoints: compositeTrigger.create, schemaTrigger.create (remove, update etc)

For now this issue will be put on hold.
